Registration is accepted after the meeting agenda is published on Friday afternoon, prior to the week of scheduled meeting.
If attending by teleconference you must also provide the telephone number you will be using to call into the meeting with, when registering. You will receive meeting details and instructions after you have confirmed your attendance for the meeting.
By signing up as a delegation to address City Council or any Committees of Council, you are giving consent to be recorded if attending in person or virtually and having your submission added to the official record for the meeting. Your civic address, personal email address, and phone number will not be published to Regina.ca. Any questions regarding the City of Regina Privacy Policy can be sent to lafoipp@regina.ca.
