Submissions to register are no longer accepted by email.
Please register by completing the online form on
Regina.ca/register to request to address City Council/Committee
on a meeting agenda item.
The deadline to register to address Council is no later than 12 p.m. on Monday prior to the scheduled meeting, or no later than 12 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting when a statutory holiday falls on the Monday.
A written brief is required to present at a City
Council meeting. Find more information about presenting to Council

These meetings will be streamed live on Regina.ca/meetings,
MyAccess.ca and when community programming permits,
televised on the AccessNow Community Channel.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective immediately requests to have written submissions read into the record from members of the public for a committee or City Council meeting agenda item, where the signatory of the written submission is unable to attend the meeting in person or virtually, will no longer be permitted. Only the author or representative of an organization of the written communication is permitted to read their approved written submission into the recorded, if registered as a delegation for the meeting.
If attending by teleconference you must also provide the telephone number you will be using to call into the meeting with, when registering. You will receive meeting details and instructions after you have confirmed your attendance for the meeting.
By signing up as a delegation to address City Council or any Committees of Council, you are giving consent to be recorded if attending in person or virtually and having your submission added to the official record for the meeting. Your civic address, personal email address, and phone number will not be published to Regina.ca. Any questions regarding the City of Regina Privacy Policy can be sent to lafoipp@regina.ca.
